Cool hand Lutz nets Fire shootout winner

ASHLEY LUTZ'S shootout goal Sunday boosted the Winnipeg Prairie Fire over the Manitoba Jets and snapped the Fire's nine-game winless streak against their National Ringette League rivals.
The teams were tied 6-6 after regulation time at East End Arena.
Lutz also had a pair of goals in regulation, as did Sheena McDonald. The Jets got five goals from Kayla Krentz.
In the shootout, Lutz got some help from her goalie Elise Crocker, who stoned all three Jets' sharpshooters.
On Saturday, the teams were featured in their annual Ringette Showcase exhibition game at the MTS Centre, where a crowd of 750 fans saw the Jets win 7-4.
