Le Fusion de Gatineau is at its fourth year in the National Ringette League.
Since its first season, Fusion has not ceased moving forward, and last year, they earned a place in the playoffs after only three years in the league. With the return of Prudence Rajaobelina as captain, this year the team will work together at conquering new limits.
With coach Andre Huneault leading the way, the team will be counting on a core of 7 girls who have been there for a few seasons and want to bring Le Fusion to the top. With the addition of certain key elements, whether it be rookie players or players with a few years of experience, they all are ready to start their season with only one goal in mind, the Canadian Championship, this year being hosted in Burnaby, British Colombia.
It is with the successes and determination of our girls in Le Fusion that we observe the evolution of the players of the ‘Association de Ringuette de Gatineau’ who can now work towards a goal : that maybe, one day they will have their opportunity of playing in the National Ringette League.
This year, Le Fusion will look at getting involved with the younger players in the association by sponsoring a team to share their experience and their passion towards their sport.
