What is the most important thing you have learned from a coach? How to find my Ideal Performance State. It's a perfect balance of nerves and emotion with composure and grace.
What advice would you give girls who are contemplating playing ringette? PLAY! Ringette is the perfect sport to develop the fastest skating skills and make friends for life.
Do you consider yourself a role model to younger ringette players and why? I hope so! I hope young players appreciate my love for the game. I haven't played in a long time but it's in my blood, I can't get it out.
How has ringette changed since you began playing the sport? Many things! I think it's faster and more skilled than ever right now, and that's because of all the young players. Keep it coming!
