What is the most important thing you have learned from a coach? The most important thing I have ever learned from a coach is to always have a positive attitude and never give up.
What age did you begin playing ringette and how did you get started? I started playing at age 5. I started playing because I was always at the rink watching my brother play hockey and I wanted to play but my dad suggested I try ringette instead...thank god!
