Biography
What advice would you give girls who are contemplating playing ringette? I would say it is an amazing sport to be involved in and that all girls should give it a try. It is growing and now gives girls opportunities for scholarships.
How has ringette contributed to or helped you in your everyday life? Its contributed to my life in every possible way. Its taught me time management skills, given me incentive to be in shape, it’s the best de-stressor ever and has introduced me to my best friends. Even just the little things like doing team jobs has payed off in preparing me for the real world.
What is your favourite ringette moment and why? Winning nationals last year because that’s the ultimate goal; it was so exciting and rewarding to have all your hard work pay off.
What is your ‘day job’? I go to university and manage a service station.
