The National Ringette League is the highest level of ringette played in Canada and the league players are mostly coming from the U19 AA level.
If you played AA previously, are at least 18 years of age, and want to continue to play ringette at a competitive level, the National Ringette League is for you!
Underage players (U18) are not accepted as full-time players. They can be used as alternate players.
Playing for the NRL is a commitment: All games during the season are important, players have fun but the ultimate goal is to win the season championship which occurs during the Canadian Ringette Championships.
