National Ringette League set for 2012-2013 season draft

July 3, 2012 – The National Ringette League (NRL) will be holding a series of drafts for the upcoming 2012-2013 season. The drafts will take place for the Southern Ontario region on July 3 at 19:30 EST, the National Capital region on July 4 at 19:30 EST, and the Montreal region on July 5 at 19:30 EST. All NRL drafts will be live tweeted using the official National Ringette League Twitter feed, which is The Twitter hashtag for the draft will be #nrldraft. 

For information on which athletes will be part of the drafts, please refer to the following link. All athletes who played in the National Ringette League as affiliate players during the 2011-2012 season are automatically entered into the 2012-2013 draft.

About the National Ringette League
The National Ringette League (NRL) is the showcase league for ringette in Canada and strives to be the premiere women’s sports league in the country. The league has 19 teams participating in two conferences – a Western Conference with six teams and an Eastern Conference with 13 teams.
