The Atlantic Attack sweep the Rive Sud Revolution on home ice

The Atlantic Attack pushed forward in the Eastern Conference standings of the National Ringette League gaining six crucial points in a series win over the Rive Sud Revolution. The Attack offense combined for 29 goals in three games to assist their positioning in the NRL playoffs.

In Saturday game action, Josée Doiron led the way with 4 assists and Jocelyn Landry fired home a hat trick in a 10-2 victory. In evening game action, Joelle Proulx, Miguelle Proulx and Josée Doiron secured five points apiece in a 13-9 win.

On Sunday morning, the visitors once again fell to the Attack on home ice with a 6-2 win. Miguelle Proulx netted a hat trick and Jenny Snowdon gained another four points with her team leading 63 points on the season.
With the victories, the Attack leaped to 5th place in the Eastern Conference with 23 points in 24 games. The Attack will play their last set of regular season games to try and determine their playoff placement on February 28th-March 1 weekend on the road versus the Cambridge Turbos and Richmond Hill Lightning.
